In regards to the CRM, I think it really depends on the features you are looking for. Here are the features I recommend: 1- Either can be easily integrated into your shopping cart or has a shopping cart system. 2- Either has a support ticket system or can easily integrate a support ticketing system into your website. 3- Track orders and support tickets as well as manage all customer data. Everything should be seamlessly integrated so that customers can be tracked at all stages of the process. Other features I have seen for CRMs are email marketing and lead tracking. I have used Infusionsoft CRM in the past with another client and they liked it. Infusionsoft includes a shopping cart, but it may not fit your needs. Infusionsoft is also very expensive. There is a large upfront cost and you must pay per user per month. Hopefully if you are making the sales, it will pay for itself. http://www.infusionsoft.com/ Another option is SugarCRM. There is an Open Source version that can be completely customized for your needs. I can host it on my server, or you can host it in your office. The application runs on PHP so I can completely program it for your needs. http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/ If you like to schedule an online meeting to demonstrate the SugarCRM, please contact Naples Webmasters.
